What You’ll Do:
- Support recruiting efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help welcome new hires by coordinating onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork.
- Assist with performance management by scheduling evaluations and tracking progress.
- Support employee benefits enrollment and respond to general benefits questions.
- Help coordinate employee training on policies, compliance, and professional development.
- Create and share internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable style.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Schedule:
- Varies, 8-hour shifts daily.
Location:
- Hybrid: Cedar Park office and remote home office.
