JOB OVERVIEWPART-TIME:  
We are seeking TWO friendly and organized part-time Front Desk Receptionists to be the first welcoming face for both new clients and our Genesis community. This role is essential in creating a warm, inviting environment while efficiently managing front office operations.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. They bring a warm, personable presence and build trust through consistency, professionalism, and genuine care, helping clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage incoming communications and inquiries. 
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with managing and posting content on the business’s social media platforms.
  • Process retail sales transactions and provide basic product assistance to clients.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents. 
  • Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) to manage office communications and documentation.
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and profiles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including assisting Clinic Directors and Managers with assigned tasks. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a friendly, upbeat manner.
  • Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks with strong office management capabilities. 
  • Experience with computerized systems for data entry and document management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications. 
  • Professional and friendly interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients, visitors, and team members. 
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or clerical role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and CRM systems preferred. 
  • Interest and familiarity with social media platforms and content support is a plus.

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY: 
We are seeking a reliable team member who can consistently work one of the schedules below. While these are our preferred shifts, some schedule adjustments may be available for the right candidate.
Hours are approximate and include a 30-minute unpaid lunch on full-day shifts.

REQUIRED: 
  • Saturday availability: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Weekday availability for either:
    • Five partial weekdays.
    • Three full weekdays.

POSSIBLE SCHEDULE OPTION 1 – EARLY SHIFT (Approx. 28 Hours/Week): 
  • Monday: 7:30 AM–12:30 PM.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
  • Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.

 POSSIBLE SCHEDULE OPTION 2 – LATE SHIFT (Approx. 23 Hours/Week):  
  • Tuesday: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.
  • Thursday: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
